03 – The story

FIFTEEN YEARS LEADING PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES.

  1. I'm an engineer at heart and I hold an MBA – I see processes before I see problems. I ran dozens of restaurants as general manager. I kept businesses growing and learned a lesson that never left me: people do everything, you just give them direction.

  2. Then general manager and shareholder. I implemented ERPs, built processes and workflows, coordinated transitions and defined systems.

  3. In 2023, I changed the industry, not the craft, and moved to the supplier side for restaurants. I took over a team at the start of its road – and three years later, the same people ran it completely independently.

  4. Now I build apps and websites with AI. I didn't become a programmer – I stayed the engineer who gives processes structure. Not a coder: the same systems, different material. And I ship.

What's inside

Your business leaves clues everywhere: in invoices, in cash flow, in sales, in the team. TrueNorth connects them, understands what's going on and tells you straight where you are, what's next and what deserves your attention.

It is not built to agree with you. It asks questions, shows you what you missed and pushes back when your conclusions aren't backed by the data you already have.

The app Diana and Florin had been dreaming about for years, for children like theirs. Romania has around 100,000 children with special educational needs. Now there's an app with step-by-step explanations, adapted to each child's rhythm. No pressure, no labels, no grades. Just clarity, patience and gentleness.

What's inside

School explains for the class average. A teacher with 30 pupils cannot explain in 30 ways, and the child who needs a different pace falls behind – though just as capable. At home, the parent wants to help, but isn't a teacher. SmartCES takes homework in any format – written, photo, PDF, Word – and re-explains it step by step.

Are you a programmer?
A. No. I'm an engineer who ran businesses for fifteen years. AI writes the code – I bring the structure, the processes and the discipline. That's why it says “not a coder” up top.
Can you build for my industry?
A. I've built for restaurants, distribution, education and a DJ. The industry isn't the point – the process is. I understand yours first, then I build.
How long does it take?
A. A presentation site – weeks, not months. An app – depends on the process, not the code: we map it together first, then I ship in pieces so you can see the progress.
How much does it cost?
A. Less than an agency, more than a template. Thirty minutes of talking gets you an exact answer – with zero strings attached.
And after launch?
A. I don't leave. Checkups, adjustments and new ideas are part of the deal – a living site beats a merely launched one, every time.
