What the site is
A personal portfolio and a place where you can book a 30-minute call with me. That’s about it.
A booking is not a contract
A booking is a conversation, not a commitment. You sign nothing here and you pay nothing on the site. If we end up working together, we agree that separately, like people do.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of the site are mine. The clients’ logos and names are theirs – they appear here only to show what I’ve built.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. I try to keep it accurate and current, but I don’t guarantee it’s perfect or always up. I’m not liable for damages that come from using it.
Governing law
Romanian law applies. Any dispute we settle before the competent courts in Romania.
Changes
I may update this page when something changes. The current version is the one here, with the date at the top.
Company details
The site operates through O SACOSA CU TEI S.R.L. (Tax ID 45535799, Trade Register J2024005027231, Str. Mușetești nr. 29, 3rd floor, ap. 18, Sector 1, Bucharest), legally represented by Bălăceanu Radu-Andrei, administrator. Andrei Trandaf builds and operates the site as a collaborator of the company.
